Job summary

Hyatt Regency Dubai is seeking a Guest Services Officer - Front Office to deliver an excellent and consistent level of service to guests. You will work at the reception within the Rooms Division and contribute to the smooth and efficient operation of the front desk.

The ideal candidate has a relevant Hospitality or Tourism management degree or diploma and at least two years of hotel operations experience, with strong customer service and communication skills.
