Job summary

EDITION Hotels in Dubai seeks a guest services professional to organize, confirm, process, and conduct all check-ins/check-outs, room reservations, and guest requests. You will secure payment, verify billing, activate keys, and relay messages.

The role requires maintaining service standards, coordinating with security and other departments, printing contingency lists, and preparing daily reports. You will greet guests warmly and ensure a smooth, memorable stay.

Responsibilities

• Organize, confirm, process, and conduct all guest check-ins/check-outs, room reservations, requests, changes, and cancellations.
• Secure payment; verify and adjust billing; activate and file room keys.
• Relay guest messages and follow up on outstanding requests to ensure issues are resolved.
• Run and review daily reports and logs; complete designated cashier closing reports in the system.
• Notify Loss Prevention/Security of any guest reports of theft and maintain professional appearance and confidentiality.
