Responsibilities

• Organize, confirm, process, and conduct all guest check-ins/check-outs.
• Handle room reservations, requests, changes, and cancellations.
• Secure payment; verify and adjust billing.
• Activate and file room keys; relay guest messages.
• Follow up on outstanding requests from the previous day; resolve issues.
• Run and review daily reports/logs; complete cashier and closing reports.
• Notify Loss Prevention of any guest reports of theft.
