Job summary

Premier Inn Hotels LLC (UAE) is seeking a guest-focused Receptionist in Dubai to welcome visitors, manage check-in/out, and support daily front desk operations. The ideal candidate has one year of receptionist experience, strong data entry, and pays meticulous attention to detail.

Responsibilities include handling reservations, payments, and inquiries, while coordinating with departments to ensure a seamless guest experience. Arabic fluency is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one-year experience as Hotel Receptionist in Front Office.
• Knowledge of Opera (PMS) is required.
• Arabic language – speaking, writing and reading.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests, answer calls with warmth in line with brand standards.
• Provide information on promotions, room prices, activities and events.
• Process reservations and cancellations accurately and efficiently; handle payments per cash handling procedures.
• Identify corporate leads and build long-term relationships.
• Encourage online mentions and collect guest feedback for improvement.
• Maintain office duties: emails, filings, and stock of reception supplies.
• Communicate guest requests and complaints to relevant departments for smooth service.
• Ensure guest safety according to procedures and guidelines.
