Job summary

Accor’s Mercure Abu Dhabi Downtown hires a Guest Service Agent to warmly welcome guests at check-in, handle inquiries, and assist with concierge duties. You will interact with multiple departments to ensure a seamless stay and deliver personalized recommendations.

The role requires fluency in English and Arabic, a hospitable attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. A hospitality background and familiarity with Opera or similar POS systems are a plus.

• Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services
• Interact with departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
• Assist with concierge duties and personalized recommendations
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies and safety procedures
• Participate in training sessions and team meetings to improve service quality
