Job summary

Beach Rotana Hotel in Abu Dhabi is seeking a dynamic Guest Service Agent to deliver professional, guest-focused service and memorable experiences. You will welcome guests, assist with check-in/out, and coordinate with hotel departments to resolve issues promptly.

The ideal candidate has hospitality training and strong English communication, with a proactive, multi-cultural mindset and a passion for service excellence.

Qualifications

• You should ideally have a degree in hospitality and Front Office experience in a hotel.
• Excellent written and verbal English; knowledge of an additional language is a plus.
• Experience with Opera is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional, friendly, and customer-focused service to guests.
• Welcome guests and check them in according to SOPs.
• Check out departing guests per established standards.
• Sell rooms to walk-in guests and handle daily facilities issues.
• Manage cash inventory, cheques, and foreign currency for hotel guests.
• Collaborate with Housekeeping, Finance and Reservations.
• Ensure the Guest Service Desk is staffed and ready for guests.
• Maintain guest privacy and confidentiality.
• Understand hotel policies and service standards and know hotel facilities.
