AccorHotels Middle East in Dubai is seeking a Reception Agent to warmly welcome guests, check them in and out, and provide assistance with a professional demeanor. The role operates on a 24-hour rotating shift and handles reservations via email, phone, fax, or online platforms.

You will promote hotel facilities, know the city’s attractions, and ensure guests feel welcomed and well taken care of throughout their stay.

Responsibilities

• The Reception Agent will be dynamic and efficient in serving all guests with a professional, warm and positive attitude.
• She/he will be the main actor in the check in and check out process, and will be available to provide assistance to all guests.
• The schedule of the Reception Agent will rotate 24 hours a day.
• Takes reservations over email, phone, by fax or internet, and handles all associated operations.
• Increases and optimizes room sales in line with the brand and hotel's sales policy.
