Job summary

Accor in Dubai is seeking a Guest Service Agent to welcome guests from arrival to departure, ensuring a memorable stay and seamless check-in/out. You will greet guests, respond to requests and assist with up-selling of services and hotel facilities.

The role requires fluency in English and Arabic, prior hospitality experience (preferably in 5-star hotels), and immediate availability in the UAE. Join Accor and contribute to delivering exceptional guest experiences across our UAE properties.

Qualifications

Service focused personality is essential; experience is an asset.
Prior experience working with Opera / Opera cloud or a related system.
Fluency in English & Arabic; additional languages are a plus.
Bachelors or diplomas/certifications arerequired.
Worked in 5* Hotel or relevant experience is a must with in Hotel industry.
Currently in UAE and willing to join immediately will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

Greet, check-in, respond to requests, and settle accounts while providing exceptional service.
