Job summary

Majlis Grand Mercure Abu Dhabi resort seeks a professional concierge to assist in-house guests with wake-up calls, requests, and in-room dining inquiries. You will dispatch requests to the Guest Service Agents and maintain high decorum in person and over the phone in line with hotel standards.

Responsibilities include directing calls to the right departments and upselling hotel amenities to enhance guest satisfaction. Fluency in English is essential; Arabic is preferred.

Qualifications

• Excellent level of English required.
• Arabic language skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Offer wakeup telephone call solution for in-house guests and assist any in-room needs.
• Have a complete understanding of the in-room dining menu and related guest requests.
• Take guest requests and dispatch them with the Guest Service Agents.
• Provide concierge service and resolve issues for unhappy guests with professional decorum.
• Direct external calls to the correct department and upsell hotel amenities.
