Job summary

Accor is seeking a Guest Service Agent for our Abu Dhabi property. You will welcome guests, check in/out, manage cashiering and assist with inquiries to ensure a memorable stay.

Fluency in English is required; Opera PMS experience is a plus. A bachelor’s degree or diploma and relevant hospitality experience are expected, with a focus on guest satisfaction and personalized service.

Qualifications

• Service focused personality is essential; experience is an asset.
• Prior experience working with Opera & PMS or a related system.
• Fluency in English
• Bachelor's or diplomas/certifications are required.
• Relevant hospitality experience is a must.
