Looking for a Guest relations agent for our client based in Dubai.

Responsibilities

• Review arrival lists to welcome guests
• Attend all the guest and answer their inquiries
• Help prepare welcome folders with collateral (e.g. business service area description)
• Provide information about the offerings business services
• Anticipate guest needs and build rapport with customers
• Offer assistance with certain tasks
• Address customer concerns and elevate to the guest relations manager when needed
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports
• Ensure compliance with health and quality standards

Qualifications

• Experience as Guest Relations Agent for at least a year
• Proficiency in English and knowledge of Russian language is a plus
• Should be able to join immediately.
