Atlantis Dubai is seeking a Team Leader, Guest Relations to support the Guest Relations Manager in delivering personalised luxury service at the iconic resort on Palm Jumeirah.

The role supervises daily Guest Relations operations, assists VIP guests, and guides team members to consistently meet the hotel's five-star standards while upholding the brand's guest-centric culture. Previous supervisory experience in a 5-star environment is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in Guest Relations/Front Office in a 5-star ultra-luxury environment.
• Proven team-lead or supervisory experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; strong guest-service and complaint-resolution abilities.
