Responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure health and safety policies are followed for personnel and guests.
• Identify and maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and maintenance of guest rooms and corridors.
• Coordinate staff to ensure guests receive prompt, courteous service per resort procedures and policies.
