Atlantis, Dubai, offers a premier opportunity for a Team Leader, Front Services within our luxury hospitality environment. You will guide the Front Services team, ensuring exceptional guest experiences in a world-class setting, while coordinating with leadership to maintain high service standards.

You will oversee daily operations of Front Door, Bell Services, and Transportation, drive training, and uphold health and safety practices in a five-star environment, with a strong emphasis on guest

Qualifications

Experience in a five-star hotel or luxury service environment.
Fluency in English; additional languages desirable.
Strong guest-service mindset and visible front-of-house presence.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop the Front Services team to deliver five-star guest experiences.
Support the Assistant Manager and Manager in daily operations across Front Door, Bell Services, and Transportation.
Train and update colleagues on service delivery skills and standards to uphold Kerzner’s five-star expectations.
Monitor health and safety compliance and ensure customer satisfaction remains top priority.
