Job summary

Atlantis Resorts in Dubai seeks a Team Leader - Front Services Operations to supervise front-of-house guest services across Front Door, Bell Services and Transportation. Qualifications

• Five-star hotel or luxury resort experience
• Front Office experience

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily Front Services operations across Front Door, Bell Services and Transportation.
• Maintain a visible front-of-house presence during shifts and coach colleagues in live service.
• Coordinate guest movement, luggage handling, and VIP arrivals with Front Office and Guest Relations.
• Ensure health and safety standards and uphold five-star service behaviors.
• Identify opportunities to enhance guest engagement and service delivery during peak periods.
