Job summary

Atlantis Dubai is seeking a Team Leader, Guest Relations to support the Guest Relations Manager in delivering personalised luxury service at the iconic resort on Palm Jumeirah.

The role supervises daily Guest Relations operations, assists VIP guests, and guides team members to consistently meet the hotel's five-star standards while upholding the brand's guest-centric culture. Previous supervisory experience in a 5-star environment is essential.

About The Role

The Guest Relations Team Leader at Atlantis The Palm supports the Guest Relations Manager in leading the team and ensuring that guests receive exceptional, personalized service. The role involves supervising daily operations, assisting with VIP guests, resolving guest concerns, and guiding team members to consistently deliver the hotel's luxury service standards.

About You

Ideal candidate for this role has previous experience in Guest Relations, Front Office, or a similar hotel position in a 5 star ultra luxury environment, previous team-lead or supervisory experience, excellent communication and interpersonal skills and strong guest-service and complaint-resolution skills.
