Atlantis, Dubai is seeking an experienced Team Leader for Front Services to lead a high-performing team in a luxury, five-star setting. You will supervise Front Door, Bell Services and Transportation operations, train staff, and ensure exceptional guest experiences in a busy, premium environment.

Ideal candidates have previous five-star hotel experience, strong guest service orientation, and excellent presentation. Fluency in English is mandatory; additional languages are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate Front Services teams to deliver outstanding guest experiences.

• Train colleagues on service delivery, standards and safety procedures to maintain five-star performance.
