Atlantis Resorts seeks an Assistant Manager - VIP Services to lead a dedicated luxury guest services team at Dubai’s premier resort. You will ensure personalised VIP service, coordinate with multiple departments, and manage high-profile guest needs across all shifts.

Role requires extensive luxury VIP experience, strong leadership, and fluency in English; additional languages are highly desirable. The position offers a tax-free UAE salary and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifikationen

• Extensive luxury 5-star Butler Services or VIP guest operations experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Senior Butler, Assistant Head Butler, or similar supervisory position.
• Fluency in English is essential; additional languages desirable.

Aufgaben

• Assist with the daily leadership and coordination of VIP Services operations.
• Ensure VIP guests receive consistently high standards of personalized service throughout their stay.
• Support a 24/7 operation and maintain service continuity across shifts.
• Anticipate guest preferences, special requests, and individual service expectations.
• Create tailored guest experiences using the resort's accommodation, dining, leisure, wellness, and entertainment offerings.
• Maintain detailed awareness of VIP arrivals, departures, itineraries, preferences, and special occasions.
• Coordinate closely with Butler Services, Front Office, Concierge, Housekeeping, Food and Beverage, Transportation, Security, Spa, and other operating departments.
• Ensure guest requests are communicated accurately and completed within agreed timelines.
• Handle complex or sensitive VIP requests with discretion and sound judgment.
• Resolve service concerns promptly and elevate significant matters when appropriate.
• Monitor guest feedback and identify opportunities to enhance service personalization.
• Maintain professional relationships with repeat, high-profile, and international guests.
• Lead by example during peak operational periods and high-profile guest movements.
• Support Head Butler and VIP Services leadership with daily operational priorities.
• Coach team members on luxury service standards, communication, personalization, and guest engagement.
• Conduct on-the-job training and reinforce departmental service procedures.
• Monitor individual and team performance against established KPIs.
• Provide constructive feedback and support improvement plans where required.
• Assist with performance management and disciplinary procedures in coordination with senior leadership.
• Encourage accountability, professionalism, teamwork, and consistent service execution.
• Review operational gaps and recommend improvements to guest service processes.
• Support development of new service concepts and enhancements within VIP Services.
• Ensure departmental records, guest preferences, and operational information remain accurate and current.
• Participate in briefings, handovers, and cross-departmental coordination meetings.
• Maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling VIP information.
• Support staffing and deployment decisions based on occupancy, guest profiles, and operational requirements.
• Promote a strong service culture focused on attention to detail and proactive guest care.
• Develop knowledge across multiple resort departments to improve cross-functional coordination.
• Contribute to departmental reporting and performance reviews.
• Maintain a polished and professional presence consistent with ultra-luxury hospitality expectations.
