Atlantis, The Palm, a Kerzner International luxury resort on Palm Jumeirah, seeks an Assistant Manager, Guest Relations to lead the Guest Relations and Concierge teams and ensure personalized, seamless VIP experiences.

The ideal candidate brings 5-star ultra-luxury hospitality experience, strong leadership, and superb interpersonal and organizational skills, with a track record in VIP or butler services; you will collaborate across hotel departments to exceed guest expectations.

Qualifications

• Experience in 5-star ultra-luxury hospitality, VIP or butler services.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.

• Lead and operate Guest Relations and Concierge functions to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
