• Provide a warm and engaging service to guests at every interaction as per Shangri-La Standards whether during arrival, stay or departure.
• Enhance guest relations and loyalty scores
• Provide support to ensure a smooth and efficient Guest Relations Operation.
• Handle all guest requests in a timely, professional and efficient manner
• Provide all-rounded guest services such as checking in and out.
• Contribute towards a memorable hotel experience for all guests.

We Are Looking For Someone Who

• Has minimum 1 years’ experience in a 5-star / international hotel in the same capacity
• Is fluent in oral and written English and local language
• Can work with a multinational team
• Has a pleasant and cheerful personality
• Flexible and able to work as per hotel operational needs and requirements
