Job description
Guest Engagement
  • Welcome guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures.
  • Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
  • Maintain positive guest relations by anticipating needs and offering personalized assistance.
  • Issue Resolution
  • Handle guest complaints and concerns promptly, professionally, and empathetically.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments (housekeeping, food & beverage, front office) to resolve issues.
Communication & Coordination
  • Act as a liaison between guests and hotel management.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of guest feedback and service requests.
  • Assist in organizing special requests, events, or celebrations for guests.
  • Service Excellence
  • Uphold the highest standards of hospitality and customer service.
  • Promote hotel services and upsell amenities when appropriate.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and suggest improvements to enhance the overall experience.
