Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage guest queries in a friendly, timely, and efficient manner.
• Serve Alcoholic/non-Alcoholic beverages following regulations.
• Ensure knowledge of menu and all products.
• Maintain well-stocked stations.
• Ensure orders are consistently good and delivered timely.
• Practice Hilton Grooming standards.
• Comply with hotel security and health regulations.
