Flora Hospitality is hiring a Front Office Supervisor to lead the front desk team in its Dubai hotel. The role focuses on delivering exceptional guest service, overseeing check-in/check-out, and maintaining smooth front office operations in a 4-5 star environment.

The ideal candidate holds a Hospitality degree, has experience with Opera PMS, strong leadership and communication skills, and can manage cash procedures while coordinating with housekeeping and other departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Diploma in Hospitality Management.
• Experience in a 4- to 5-star international hotel chain.
• Proficiency in Opera PMS.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily front office and reception operations.
• Ensure smooth guest check-in and check-out procedures.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve guest concerns professionally.
• Support and guide front desk team members to maintain service standards.
• Handle cash transactions and ensure accurate financial procedures.
• Monitor room availability and coordinate with housekeeping and other departments.
• Maintain compliance with hotel policies and operational procedures.
• Assist in training and developing front office staff.
