Job summary

Novotel amp Adagio Premium Dubai Al Barsha is seeking an enthusiastic Front Office Supervisor to lead our guest-facing team and ensure memorable experiences from check-in to check-out. You will supervise Guest Service Agents, oversee shifts, maintain service standards, handle settlements, train staff, and upsell hotel facilities while coordinating with other departments in a fast-paced environment.

Fluency in English required; Opera PMS experience is a plus; bachelor's degree in Hospitality

Qualifications

• Proven front office leadership experience.
• Strong guest service orientation and problem-solving ability.
• Experience with Opera PMS or similar systems a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct Guest Service Agents, ensuring adherence to hotel standards.
• Greet guests, manage check-ins/check-outs, and handle settlements with a personalized touch.
• Monitor conduct and performance, assist with staffing records, overtime, vacations, and personal days.
