Job summary

Qualifications

• Outstanding guest services skills, professional presentation and sophisticated communication.
• Proficient in English (verbal & written); second language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests at the Reception Desk and provide a warm welcome.
• Settle guest accounts for the hotel efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain a perpetual presence on the reception desk during shift hours.
• Follow hotel telephone etiquette and brand standards.
• Upsell room brands to drive rate and RevPAR.
