Job summary

Anantara Mina Al Arab Ras Al Khaimah Resort is seeking a Front Office Agent to be the first point of contact for guests, delivering a seamless and welcoming experience from arrival through departure.

You will manage check-in/check-out, handle reservations, assist guests with local attractions, coordinate with the concierge and other departments, and contribute to accurate record-keeping and daily reporting to uphold the resort’s standards.

Responsibilities

• Guest Arrival and Departure: Warmly welcome guests upon arrival and facilitate a smooth check-in process.
• Reservation Management: Manage guest reservations, ensuring accuracy and completeness; communicate room rates, packages, and availability.
• Guest Services: Address guest inquiries and provide information about local attractions, dining options, and activities; liaise with concierge for services.
• Communication: Maintain clear and open communication with front office, housekeeping, and other departments; handle calls and emails professionally.
• Problem Resolution: Address and resolve guest concerns promptly; report recurring issues to the Front Office Manager for improvement.
• Administration: Ensure accurate record-keeping of guest information and assist in daily occupancy and revenue reporting.
