Job summary

Anantara Downtown Dubai is seeking a Guest Service Agent to welcome guests, handle reservations, check‑in/check‑out, and deliver exceptional service throughout their stay.

You will manage guest inquiries, assist with requests, coordinate with departments and ensure accurate billing while upholding our warm hospitality standards.

Fluency in English is required, and the role may include shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Customer service mindset focused on guest satisfaction.
• Experience in hotel front office operations preferred.
• Excellent English communication; ability to work weekends and public holidays.
• Proficient in MS Office; familiar with PMS systems.

Responsibilities

• Take reservations, greet and register guests, and handle guest check-in/check-out to ensure satisfaction.
• Provide outstanding guest service during stay and respond to inquiries and requests promptly.
