• Guest Arrival and Departure: Greet guests, assist with luggage, escort to rooms, and help during check-out.
• Luggage Services: Handle luggage, assist with packing/unpacking, know resort layout.
• Communication: Coordinate with front office, concierge, and other departments to ensure seamless service.
• Guest Assistance: Help guests with special requests and provide information.
• Safety and Security: Monitor arrival/departure areas and report concerns.
• Valet Services: Provide valet parking and retrieval of vehicles.
