Job summary

Anantara Mina Al Arab Ras Al Khaimah Resort is seeking a friendly Host/Hostess to welcome guests and manage seating in our restaurant and lounge areas. You will maintain warm, professional hospitality, greet guests, ensure smooth reservations, coordinate with outlets, and support the service team during busy periods, while maintaining impeccable grooming and presentation standards.

Candidates should have excellent customer service, strong communication, and the ability to handle busy periods

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests in the restaurant and lounge areas.
• Ensure front and restaurant areas are covered and welcoming.
• Check each table for cleanliness and full setup before seating.
• Solicit guest feedback and escalate issues to outlet managers when needed.
• Assist in service during busy periods and coordinate with the Cashier.
• Perform related duties and special projects as assigned.
