Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and start memorable experiences.
• Acknowledge IHG Rewards Club members and returning guests in person or by phone.
• Take, manage, and collect payments for guest bookings.
• Make check-in and check-out swift and seamless.
• Anticipate guests' needs and offer tailored recommendations.
• Be guests' trusted contact for issues from billing to restaurant recommendations.
