Job summary

A prestigious hotel in Abu Dhabi is looking for a Front Desk Agent. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service and ensure guests have a memorable stay. Qualifications

• Degree in hospitality, preferably with previous experience in the Front Office Department.
• Excellent communication skills in English and knowledge of an additional language.
• Strong interpersonal abilities, problem-solving skills, and computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous, and efficient service to all guests.
• Ensure guests are greeted by name and escorted to their room.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel information and local services.
• Administer Front Desk cashiering and comply with all policies.
• Process accounts from check-in to check-out accurately.
