Responsibilities

• Deliver a warm welcome: greet guests on arrival, check-in, assign rooms, issue keys, and provide welcome materials.
• Support efficient check-out: verify charges, handle payments, issue receipts, and operate the POS accurately.
• Provide hotel knowledge: explain offerings, room types, rates, promotions, and local information.
• Promote hotel services: upsell amenities to maximize revenue.
• Delight guests: respond to requests, resolve concerns with care and urgency, manage messages.
