Job summary

Hilton in the United Arab Emirates seeks a friendly Receptionist to ensure seamless check-in/check-out and to deliver memorable guest experiences. You will greet guests, issue keys, and provide knowledgeable assistance about hotel services and local attractions.

As a frontline ambassador for Hilton, you’ll represent integrity, teamwork, and a guest-centric mindset, while promoting amenities and handling guest inquiries with urgency and care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a warm welcome: Greet guests on arrival and complete check-in with room assignment and keys.
• Support efficient check-out: Verify charges, handle payments, issue receipts and use the POS accurately.
• Provide hotel and local knowledge: Share information on offerings, room types, rates, promotions and local areas.
• Promote hotel services: Upsell amenities to maximize room and service revenue.
• Delight our guests: Respond to requests, resolve concerns with care and manage communications.
