Job summary

You will handle payments, process charges using the POS and PMS systems, respond promptly to inquiries, upsell hotel services, and maintain impeccable grooming and professional presentation while upholding brand standards.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused hospitality experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional grooming and presentation.
• Experience with PMS and POS systems is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, check-in, assign rooms, and provide hotel information.
• Process check-out, verify charges, and issue receipts.
• Handle guest inquiries and requests with timely resolution.
