Project Management Institute, Inc. is seeking a mid-to-senior Product Manager to own the end-to-end Onboarding experience, from Registration through KYC verification to the first deposit.

The role focuses on growth, reducing friction, and maintaining regulatory compliance, targeting a high-conversion onboarding flow. You will partner with Compliance, Risk, Legal, Engineering, Design, and Data teams to deliver impactful features, optimize funnels, and drive activation in a regulated fintech-like

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of PM experience in onboarding, identity verification (KYC), or payments.
• Growth-minded with a data-driven approach to optimization.
• User-centric and design-focused with strong UX sensibilities.
• Technical and data-savvy; collaborate with engineers and analysts.
• Excellent cross-functional communication with compliance and legal teams.
• Comfortable in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with agile delivery.

Responsabilités

• Own the Onboarding Lifecycle: Define the strategy, roadmap, and execution for the complete Registration > KYC > First Deposit flow.
• Optimize Conversion & Reduce Friction: Run funnel analysis and A/B tests to maximize conversion.
• Balance UX with Compliance: Partner with Compliance, Risk, and Legal to meet regulatory requirements without UX friction.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with Engineering, Design, Data, and Ops to translate requirements into clear PRDs.
• Manage Vendor Integrations: Collaborate with IDV and payment providers to optimize performance and speeds.
• Measure & Iterate: Define KPIs (activation rate, time-to-deposit, pass rates) and iterate from data insights.
