Job summary

KAST is seeking a Product Manager (Onboarding/KYC) in Dubai to own the end-to-end onboarding experience, from Registration through KYC verification to the first deposit. You will drive growth, remove friction, and ensure regulatory compliance while collaborating with Compliance, Risk, Legal, Engineering, and Design.

In this mid-to-senior role, you’ll run funnel analyses, optimize conversion, and manage external IDV and payment integrations, turning users into active customers in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of PM experience in onboarding, activation, KYC, or payments in fintech or crypto.
• Proven growth mindset with data-driven funnel optimization.
• Strong collaboration with Compliance, Risk, Legal, and Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Own the Onboarding Lifecycle from Registration to First Deposit.
• Run funnel analyses and A/B tests to improve conversions.
• Balance UX with regulatory requirements (KYC/AML).
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data, and Ops to write PRDs.
• Manage vendor integrations with IDV and payment providers.
• Define KPIs and iterate using data insights.
