KAST in Dubai is seeking a growth-minded Product Manager (mid-senior) to own the onboarding flow from registration through KYC to first deposit. You will drive growth, reduce friction, and ensure regulatory compliance for a fast-moving fintech environment.

You’ll partner with Compliance, Risk, Legal, Engineering, Design and Data to define PRDs, run funnel analyses, and execute experiments that improve activation and conversion while maintaining strong controls.

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of PM experience focused on onboarding, activation, identity verification (KYC) or payments in Fintech or Crypto
• Growth mindset with metrics-driven testing and optimization of conversion funnels
• User-centric, frictionless digital UX design
• Technical and data-savvy with experience collaborating with engineering teams, APIs and analytics tools
• Strong cross-functional collaboration to align Compliance, Engineering and Business

Responsabilités

We are looking for a growth-minded Product Manager (mid to senior level) to own and optimize our end-to-end onboarding experience. In this role, you will lead the critical user journey from initial registration through KYC (Know Your Customer) verification to their first deposit. Your main focus will be driving growth, removing friction, and converting prospective users into active customers while maintaining regulatory compliance.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Own the Onboarding Lifecycle: Define the strategy, roadmap, and execution for the complete Registration > KYC > First Deposit flow.
• Optimize Conversion & Reduce Friction: Run funnel analysis and A/B tests to identify drop-off points, streamline user journeys, and maximize user conversion rates.
• Balance UX with Compliance: Partner closely with Compliance, Risk, and Legal teams to meet regulatory requirements (KYC/AML) without creating unnecessary UX friction.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with Engineering, Design, Data, and Ops to translate business and regulatory requirements into clear PRDs and deliver impactful features.
• Manage Vendor Integrations: Collaborate with third-party identity verification (IDV) and payment providers to optimize performance, match rates, and approval speeds.
• Measure & Iterate: Define key performance metrics (e.g., activation rate, time-to-deposit, pass rates) and continuously use data insights to iterate on the product.

What You’ll Bring

• 5-8+ years of PM Experience: Proven track record in product management, specifically focusing on user onboarding, activation, identity verification (KYC), or payments in Fintech or Crypto.
• Growth Mindset: Deeply metrics-driven with a passion for continuous testing, user acquisition, and optimizing conversion funnels.
• User-Centric & Design-Focused: Demonstrated ability to build frictionless, high-converting digital user experiences.
• Technical & Data Savvy: Experience working closely with engineering teams, APIs, third-party vendor integrations, and analytics tools.
• Cross-Functional Collaborator: Excellent communication skills with an ability to align compliance, engineering, and business stakeholders toward a shared vision.
• Thrives in Fast-Paced Environments: Comfortable with ambiguity, agile delivery practices, and executing 0>1 or 1>N initiatives rapidly.
