Job summary

kast.xyz is seeking a growth-minded Product Manager (mid to senior) to own the end-to-end Onboarding experience, guiding users from Registration through KYC verification to their first deposit.

You will balance UX and regulatory requirements, lead cross-functional teams with Engineering, Design, Data, and Ops, and optimize the funnel with experiments and vendor integrations to drive activation and conversion.

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of PM experience focusing on onboarding, activation, KYC, or payments in Fintech or Crypto.
• Growth mindset with a metrics-driven approach to testing, acquisition and funnel optimization.
• User-centric and design-focused with a track record of frictionless UX.
• Technical and data-savvy, with experience collaborating with engineering and analytics teams.
• Excellent cross-functional communication to align compliance, engineering, and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the onboarding lifecycle from Registration through KYC to First Deposit.

Description

We are looking for a growth-minded Product Manager (mid to senior level) to own and optimize our end-to-end Onboarding experience. In this role, you will lead the critical user journey from initial Registration through KYC (Know Your Customer) verification to their first Deposit. Your main focus will be driving growth, removing friction, and converting prospective users into active customers while maintaining regulatory compliance.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Own the Onboarding Lifecycle: Define the strategy, roadmap, and execution for the complete Registration > KYC > First Deposit flow.
• Optimize Conversion & Reduce Friction: Run funnel analysis and A/B tests to identify drop-off points, streamline user journeys, and maximize user conversion rates.
• Balance UX with Compliance: Partner closely with Compliance, Risk, and Legal teams to meet regulatory requirements (KYC/AML) without creating unnecessary UX friction.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with Engineering, Design, Data, and Ops to translate business and regulatory requirements into clear PRDs and deliver impactful features.
• Manage Vendor Integrations: Collaborate with third-party identity verification (IDV) and payment providers to optimize performance, match rates, and approval speeds.
• Measure & Iterate: Define key performance metrics (e.g., activation rate, time-to-deposit, pass rates) and continuously use data insights to iterate on the product.

What You’ll Bring

• 5-8+ years of PM Experience: Proven track record in product management, specifically focusing on user onboarding, activation, identity verification (KYC), or payments in Fintech or Crypto.
