Job summary

Wwshemi in Dubai is seeking a growth-minded Product Manager (mid to senior) to own the end-to-end Onboarding and KYC journey, from Registration through first Deposit. You will drive growth, remove friction, and ensure regulatory compliance while delivering a seamless user experience.

You’ll collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data, Compliance, Risk, and Legal to translate requirements into clear PRDs, run funnel analyses, and run A/B tests to optimize activation, time-to-deposit, and pass

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years in product management with onboarding, activation, identity verification (KYC), or payments.
• Strong metrics mindset with growth and acquisition focus.
• Excellent user-centric and design-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Own the Onboarding Lifecycle from Registration to First Deposit.
• Run funnel analysis and A/B tests to boost conversions.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Risk, and Legal to meet regulatory requirements.
• Align with Engineering, Design, Data, and Ops to specify PRDs.
• Manage vendor integrations for IDV and payments.
• Define KPIs like activation rate and time-to-deposit, and iterate based on data.
