Job summary

Crypto.com is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own customer onboarding across the Crypto.com App and related surfaces, balancing regulatory compliance with growth metrics. You will lead KYC, activation, and referral improvements while expanding onboarding to new products and trading journeys.

Reporting to the Onboarding squad Lead, you will ship independent roadmaps, align cross-functional teams, and ensure regulatory alignment as the platform scales across markets.

Qualifications

• Owned consumer onboarding and growth initiatives with measurable outcomes.
• Shipped account opening or KYC improvements in a regulated product.
• Extended a shared onboarding capability across multiple products or markets.
• Owned trading/product work related to onboarding and activation.

Responsibilities

• Own compliant customer onboarding end-to-end.
• Turn onboarding into a growth engine with activation and referrals.
• Instrument and improve the funnel to reduce drop-off and increase completion.
• Extend onboarding capabilities across platforms without fragmented journeys.
• Own a meaningful trading slice and connect onboarding to first trade.
