Qualifications

3–5 years of UAE B2B logistics sales experience with an active customer network.
Ability to sell multiple products across express, last mile, freight or contract logistics.
Strong discovery, proposal, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
Valid UAE driving licence and willingness to conduct regular field visits.

Responsibilities

Target UAE businesses and develop solution-based proposals for integrated logistics.
Build account plans, secure meetings and quantify lane/volume potential.
Coordinate solution design, pricing, and proposal preparation.
Present proposals and progress opportunities to contract, credit, and implementation.
Maintain CRM pipeline with next action, probability, revenue, and dates.
Lead handover to Customer Service and Operations with signed rates and SOPs.
Support retention, upsell and recovery of at-risk accounts.
