The Growth Architect designs and runs systems that capture attention at scale, keep that attention tightly aligned with the SellAnyCar business, and convert it into measurable commercial outcomes. This is not a brand role and not a pure performance marketing role. It combines organic distribution, paid media where justified, content strategy, and conversion architecture into one accountable function.
Build and operate scalable attention engines across:
Prioritize organic reach, distribution mechanics, and compounding growth loops over paid spend.
Use paid media selectively and surgically to:
Ensure all content, messaging, and campaigns are directly tied to SellAnyCar products, services, and commercial priorities.
Kill content and campaigns that generate views but fail to drive business impact.
Translate complex offerings into simple, high-signal narratives that customers care about.
Work closely with Product, Sales, Operations and Leadership to stay aligned with real demand drivers in the UAE and KSA.
Tailor messaging by brand, market, and customer profile.
Design, execute, and optimize performance marketing strategies tailored to each brand and market (UAE & KSA).
Own the full funnel, from first exposure to monetizable outcome:
Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across:
Define and track metrics that matter:
Remove vanity metrics from reporting. Views without outcomes are failure.
Build repeatable growth systems, not one-off campaigns.
Combine content, media, landing experiences, CRM, and analytics into one coherent engine.
Run experiments fast. Double down on what compounds. Shut down what does not.
Operate hands‑on. This is a builder role, not a coordination role.
Manage the content creation function to ensure consistent, high‑performing messaging across website, apps, social media, advertising channels and automated whatsApp and notification flows.
Continuously optimize the customer journey by ensuring:

Strong understanding of growth mechanics across organic and paid channels.
Proven ability to generate attention without relying primarily on paid spend.
Solid performance marketing fundamentals:
Deep intuition for content, distribution, and virality.
Commercial mindset—thinks in revenue, not reach.
Highly analytical and experimental.
Builder mentality. Prefers systems over slogans.
Arabic language skills. Strong advantage but not mandatory.
Familiarity with the GCC market is a plus.
