Are you ready to lead and innovate in the mining industry? Stevin Rock, one of the largest quarrying companies in the world, is seeking a Group Mine Engineering Manager to drive operational excellence across multiple sites.

About the Role

As the Group Mine Engineering Manager, you will:

• Oversee mine engineering activities across all Stevin Rock sites, including among others: long to short term mine planning, interactions with survey, geology, geotechnical, fleet management, drilling and blasting as well as geotechnical departments.
• Develop and implement strategic plans for mineral resources and reserves’ optimisation and sustainability.
• Participate and lead mineral reserve reporting process
• Lead a team of engineers and technical staff, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and project delivery to meet organisational goals.

What We’re Looking For

• Degree in Mining Engineering or related discipline.
• Proven leadership experience in large-scale mining operations.
• Strong knowledge of drilling, blasting, and extraction processes.
• Fluent with managing large datasets, advanced in Excel, understanding of PowerBI or similar tools
