Qualifications

• Solid room reservations experience, preferably within a luxury environment.
• Fluent in English, Arabic or Russian beneficial but not essential.
• Confident with PMS systems and general reservation software.

Responsibilities

• Represent the Jumeirah brand and promote business values.
• Manage reservation tasks and complete payment requests.
• Stay updated on required information and drive progress on performance objectives.
