Qualifications

• Proven experience in FMCG industry (mandatory).
• Experience in Export Sales, International Trading, and Import/Export operations.
• Strong knowledge of export documentation, INCOTERMS, shipping, and customs procedures.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage international clients.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage export sales for FMCG products in international markets.
• Identify new business opportunities, distributors, and partners across global regions.
• Handle end-to-end export sales activities including pricing, negotiations, and order execution.
• Coordinate with logistics, documentation, and finance teams for smooth import/export operations.
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, customs laws, and export documentation.
• Maintain strong relationships with international clients, agents, and distributors.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements in export markets.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to company growth through export expansion.
