Job summary

GOTION HIGH-TECH in Dubai seeks an experienced Market Analysis & Business Development professional to drive growth in the Middle East, Central Asia, and Eastern Europe. You will lead market assessments, develop sales strategies, and expand the customer base across mature accounts and major projects.

The role requires 5+ years in renewable energy sales or management, strong negotiation and project management skills, and willingness to travel frequently, including to Saudi Arabia, Dubai, Turkey,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales or management experience in renewable energy, with energy storage experience preferred.
• Proven ability to lead regional market expansion and achieve targets.
• Strong customer relationship management and project progression skills.
• Excellent cross-functional coordination to deliver complex deals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth market analysis for MEA, Central Asia and Eastern Europe to identify opportunities.
• Develop regional sales plans and drive execution to grow revenue and market share.
• Manage key accounts, negotiate contracts and oversee order fulfillment and receivables risks.
• Coordinate Sales, Technical and Delivery teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
