Job summary
GOTION HIGH-TECH in Dubai seeks a seasoned Project Manager to lead energy storage projects across the Middle East, Central Asia and North Africa. You will steer opportunities from initial sales to contract-ready and execution-ready, align technical, commercial and delivery requirements, and drive critical milestones.
You will coordinate with Sales, Engineering, R&D, Commercial, Supply Chain, Finance and Legal; manage customer requirements, risk, and tender activities; and ensure smooth
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant engineering field.
- 5+ years of experience in renewable energy, power, energy storage, or EPC industries.
- Experience in pre-sales, tendering, project management, or contract negotiation for large-scale energy storage projects.
- Solid understanding of large-scale energy storage systems and key technical specifications.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end energy storage projects from opportunity to execution.
- Lead RFI, RFQ, RFP, and tender activities; coordinate cross-functional teams.
- Manage customer requirements and track open items to closure.
- Identify project risks related to technology, cost, delivery, and contracts.
- Lead customer communications and pre-sales alignment.
- Organize project handover to execution team after contract signing.
