Job summary

Enventure Global Technology Inc. is seeking a high-impact Business Development Manager to expand our market presence in the Middle East from the UAE base.

You will drive revenue growth by developing sales strategies across the region, building strong client relationships, and identifying new opportunities in drilling and completions. This is a commercial and technical role requiring deep industry knowledge.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in oil & gas sales / business development.
• Strong background in drilling, completions, or downhole technologies.
• Proven track record of winning business with major operators & turnkey companies in UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain and Iraq; India and Pakistan desirable.
• Established network in the Middle East drilling & completion market.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets across assigned territories.
• Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities.
• Build, maintain, and expand relationships with key operators, engineers, and decision-makers.
• Develop and execute tactical account plans, forecasts, and revenue strategies.
• Lead technical and commercial proposals, tenders, and negotiations; educate customers on Enventure’s technology.
