Job summary

Quanex in Dubai seeks a Head of GCC / Country Manager to lead the fenestration hardware business across the Gulf region, owning strategy, market development and overall performance.

Reporting to VP Sales – International, you will drive growth across UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman and Bahrain, and build long-term relationships with system houses, fabricators, distributors and major project stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Progressive leadership experience in hardware/building materials/fenestration.
• Proven GCC revenue growth, margin improvement, and market expansion.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the GCC.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead the GCC commercial strategy, P&L and growth.
• Develop strategic relationships with key accounts and partners across GCC.
• Coordinate with global product, marketing, finance and supply-chain teams.
• Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for growth.
