Job summary

Trimble is seeking an Area Sales Manager to revolutionize the GCC construction tech market, managing a mature portfolio and developing new business across GCC countries from Dubai. You will engage contractors, project owners and teams to understand workflows and demonstrate how Trimble software solutions improve delivery and outcomes.

This role requires strong consultative selling, a track record of quota attainment, and the ability to forecast pipelines.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of direct sales experience in construction tech, software, or related solutions.
Experience selling to contractors, project owners, and AECO teams.
Strong understanding of construction workflows and project delivery.
Proven track record of meeting/exceeding annual quotas.

Responsibilities

Drive regional growth by acquiring new logos and expanding existing accounts in GCC midmarket software.
Orchestrate full sales process from prospecting to proposals and closing complex deals.
Represent Trimble at major trade shows and industry events to build a robust pipeline.
Forecast and manage a dynamic sales pipeline with data-driven insights to hit revenue targets.
Collaborate with stakeholders on RFIs and RFPs to position Trimble as the premier regional solution.
